My Christmas List

by Emily Satzger in

It's that time of the year again...yay!!!!!  The time of the year I day dream online all day and create multiple Christmas lists in my head.  However, the truth of the matter is it takes me forever to come up with an actual Christmas list.  I love making lists of beautiful gifts(not just for me, I love buying people presents and figuring out the best thing for each person on my list), but it's hard for me to come up with the final/realistic gifts I want to ask for from others.  So I thought, what better way to start my gift guides than sharing my own with you!  Here are some of my favorites...

Diptyque Santal Candle-  If y'all have never experienced the deliciousness of Diptyque, go buy one now!  They're expensive, yes, I know, but they make your home smell amazing, and they last!  I cherish these candles and view them as a luxury, which is why I have one on my list.

Sorel Slim Tall Rainboots-  Have you ever seen an item on someone, not asked them who it's by, and then search for forever trying to find the item?  Well that's my relationship with these boots.  I saw them on a woman and fell in love, but stupidly did not ask her the brand and have searched for them for well over a year.  They're on the top of my Christmas list!

Mark and Graham Tote-  I love Mark and Graham!  I started getting their catalog(geez, that word seems so old school) and browsing through their items and fell in love with the simplistic and classic look.  Their basic leather camel initial tote seems like it would be a great, classic bag, that would last for years.  I am nervous about running my current tote into the ground, I've used it everyday for the past 3 years.  I love the 3 initial look on this tote.

Kilian Straight to Heaven-  I've talked about this perfume before and I just can't explain my love for this scent.  It's perfect in my book, strong enough and not flowery, but different enough to make someone think(in a good way I hope).  I just ran out of my tiny samples, so I am asking for their perfume for Christmas, so I no longer have to beg for samples.

Kevyn Aucoin Mascara-  My dear friend Annie Reeves posted this interesting article on her blog the other day and I now can't wait to try this mascara.  I love articles about makeup products, especially when it's done by professionals.  This blush is on my list as well!

Topshop Floppy Hat-  I love this trend.  i don't own a floppy hat yet, but think the look is adorable.  My only issue is I work on the weekends, and rarely am I dressed well enough on Sunday's where this hat would top off my outfit.  However, I love the trend and this hat color, so pretty.  Megan from Holy City Chic sold me on the hat!

UGG Slippers- I wrote about my love and need for slippers last week, and I narrowed down my favorites to these slippers.  They seem to have the best of both worlds for me, comfy and warm, but a rubber sole which will allow me to run to get the mail or walk Boone.
