Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

I'm alive!  I am so sorry to have not been present on my blog lately.  Last week was a whirlwind.  Rob's grandmother passed away and we flew up to Ohio for less than 48 hours, came back, went straight to work, and I was exhausted!  

However, in the midst of the holiday craziness I have not forgotten to eat, surprise!  So I made the most delicious(and super healthy, ha, NOT) breakfast yesterday morning.  Cinnamon rolls+bacon= food heaven, salty and sweet and savory all in one, yes please!

Ok, so here's how you make the simplest most delicious recipe...

Ingredients(there are 2, how amazing is that)

-A can of cinnamon rolls

-5 pieces of good bacon

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350, and get a round pan and grease it prior to baking.  Unroll the cinnamon rolls and separate each one.  Slightly cook the bacon in the microwave for a minute or two.  You don't want the bacon to be cook thoroughly, so just enough  crisp it up a bit but still pliable(absorb the excess grease with a  paper towel after it's done cooking).  Place the bacon at the end of the cinnamon roll and roll the cinnamon roll back up(the bacon won't cover the entire strip).  Place them into the pan and bake for 20 minutes.  Pour the icing on the rolls immediately after removing from the oven.
